One of the biggest challenges in audience building is to identify potential arts participants.

Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) organizes a forum to present major findings of the Hong Kong Annual Arts Survey, and the first commissioned Arts Participation and Consumption Survey. A panel of marketing personnel, senior administrators and scholars will also discuss the best practices in formulating audience building strategies in local and overseas cities, and share their insights on how to use market research, database and data analysis.
