Seminar on New Companies Ordinance

Starting from 3 March 2014, the new Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong (“new CO”), will commence operation.

There are some significant changes under the new CO, including:

* The Memorandum of Association is abolished

* Dispensing with the holding of AGMs

* New rules introduced under the new CO for proposing and passing a written resolution

In this seminar,  Mr Antony SIN Ming Hei, HKAAA’s Honorary Legal Advisor, will discuss the changes under the new CO and facilitate your understanding of it. You are most welcome to join and express your enquiries and concerns relating to the subject.
