Interflow Programme: Arts Capacity Building and Cultural Software Development - The What and How
With the development of the West Kowloon Cultural District and the government’s initiative to develop arts and cultural industries, the arts scene in Hong Kong has entered into an era of rapid change and development. Recently, there have been heated discussions on how to strengthen cultural software and build capacity in Hong Kong’s arts sector. How can arts practitioners contribute to such development? And, with new resources available, are there innovative alternatives to traditional productions/ arts education programmes that can encourage and promote Hong Kong’s arts development?
Two Clore Fellows, Ms Margaret Yang and Ms Lynn Yau, along with Mr Louis Yu from West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and Arts Management Educator Mr Tseng Sun-man will come together to share with us their insights and experiences in this thought-provoking forum aiming to stimulate and recharge innovation and creative sparks.
