Seminar on New Companies Ordinance (Additional Session)

Starting from 3 March 2014, the new Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong (“new CO”), will commence operation.  In view of this, there will be significant changes such as the abolition of Memorandum, mandatory regime of no-par and restricting corporate directorship, all these will affect a company's daily operation and require your attention.

To provide more details regarding the changes under the new CO for practitioners in the field, with great pleasure, the Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association (HKAAA) has invited Mr Antony SIN Ming Hei, HKAAA’s Honorary Legal Advisor, to give a talk on this issue.
