Let’s Arty Hour!
Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association (HKAAA) has invited Ms Laura Bennegadi, the Founder and CEO of the [link_to|http://www.hkaaa.org.hk/doc/20909|ArtBound Initiative (ABI)], to talk about her experience as an arts administrator in New York City. Born and raised in Paris, Laura has extensive experience in theatre production, marketing and fundraising. After building a substantial network in performing and visual arts in USA and Europe, Laura launched ArtBound Initiative (ABI), an international internship program which provides access into the arts, an industry notoriously insular and difficult to penetrate. ABI connects students and recent graduates with artists and arts organizations in New York and Berlin.
During the Arty Hour, Laura will address the opportunities and strategies for students and young professionals to fast track their career in arts administration in USA and Europe.
‘Arty Hour@HKAAA’ is a causal occasion for thoughts to collide and wild ideas to flow. We would like to invite all fellow arts practitioners, students and anyone with an interest in arts & culture to join the gathering.
