Highlight Recap - Arts Executive Workshop – Envisioning the Arts : Strategy and Capacity Building

“Arts Executive Workshop – Envisioning the Arts: Strategy and Capacity Building” co-presented with Hong Kong University ExCEL3 project was successfully held on  18 and 25 February 2017.

To explore new perspective to build Art Capacity in Hong Kong, Five guest speakers from different professions in the society were invited to analysis the challenges that Art and non-government organizations are facing, and in the same time provide possible solutions to the problems.

The speakers were Professor Bernadette Tsui (Honorary Professor of Practice, Faculty of Social Sciences, The University of Hong Kong), Dr Rosanna Wong (Executive Director, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups), Mr Vincent Tsui (Chief Marketing Officer, Next Digital), Ms Lynn Yau (Chief Executive Officer, The Fabulous Theatre Connection), and Ms Cecilia Ho (President, Lee Hysan Foundation). Professor Bernadette Tsui was also the moderator of the workshop.

Group discussions were also one of the focus of the course. It had created a platform for participants to interexchange opinion and formulate new ideas.
