Ms Tisa Ho joined the Hong Kong Arts Festival as Executive Director in 2006. Having grown up in Hong Kong, she relocated to Singapore in 1984, where portfolios cover policy and infrastructure development, and in 1988 and 1990, marketing and curatorial responsibilities for the Singapore Arts Festival. She was General Manager of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra between 1991 and 1999, during which she helped set up the Alliance of Asia-Pacific Region Orchestra. In 1993, she helped conceptualise and launch the annual Singapore International Piano Festival.
She chairs the International Advisory Committee of the Tong Yeong Concert Hall, S Korea; and serves on the Boards of the International Society for the Performing Arts headquartered in New York, the Association of Asia and Pacific Orchestras and the HK International Literary Festival. She is a facilitator of the Leadership Lab in Singapore, and initiated this annual Cultural Leadership Summit during her term as Chair of the HK Arts Administrators’ Association.
