The Government has launched a public consultation exercise to explore how the copyright regime should deal with parody appropriately. In this respect, the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and the Intellectual Property Department are now organising a seminar with the Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association for practitioners in the field. You are welcome to join the seminar and express your views and equiries relating to the subject.
