Ms Connie LAM

Connie Lam is currently the Collection Director at ChaoLee Art Foundation.

She joined the Hong Kong Arts Centre in 1997 and served as the Executive Director from 2009 to 2022. Connie actively supports local arts development and promotes cross-cultural arts exchange. Connie also serves as the chairperson of Passoverdance, board member of Artscompana and advisor of the Arts Administration, Arts Development Council. In 2014, Ms. Lam was awarded the Medal of Honour by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in recognition of her contributions to promoting arts, short films, and animation.

Connie also has extensive experience in promoting film and media arts, contemporary art, public art, comics, animation, cross-media creation, the crossover of intangible cultural heritage and contemporary art, as well as curating, both locally and overseas. Ms. Lam has also consistently built a broader audience for Hong Kong through exhibition programs and arts education.
