Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association Career Day 2017
Hong Kong Art Administrators Association is launching the first Career day at The Work Project on 11 March 2017 (Saturday) to not only supply different levels of jobs in the arts field, but also provide extensive information to participants to learn and understand more about art administrations.
Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association Career Day 2017 will serve as a free platform for the participating arts organizations and job seekers, offering an opportunity for on-location job application and interview, and experienced arts administration expertise are invited to share their views and experience as well as the future professional opportunities on the Career Day.

Venue: 15/F Soundwill Plaza II - Midtown,1-29 Tang Lung Street,Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
Important Notice for Job Seekers / Participants:
Job seekers should prepare stationery, resumes, original and hard copies of academic certificates, identity card and other relevant materials to the venues for job applications and interviews.
HKAAA will provide at most 3 application forms for 3 different job openings.
Education in tertiary level is generally the minimum requirement for the job positions. Some jobs will give priority to the job seekers who have 2-3 years work experience.
Please register online for the resume submission timeslot. Registered job seekers who arrive at their selected timeslot will have priority to submit job application. Please bring along the confirmation e-mail for validation.
Limited entry passes for walk-in are available. First come-first served.
Online registration is also required for participants who would only like to attend sharing sessions, please bring along the confirmation e-mail for arrangement.
Crowd control will be applied if needed. Your understanding and patience will be appreciated. Please register online to secure your seats.

A fact sheet about the Career day is attached with this invitation letter, please have a look before the application. Reference interview questions and notes on recruitment will be provided by the HKAAA and sent to all participating organizations about a week before event date.
To facilitate promotion of the Career Day, please submit the completed application form on or before 1 March 2017 (Wednesday) for HKAAA’s further arrangement.
Deposit: 300 HKD (*Please submit together with completed application form to HKAAA’s office. Deposit will be reimbursed at the end of event. In the case of damages done to facilities at the venue by participating organizations, compensation will be deducted from the deposit. Deposit will not be refunded in the case of uninformed absence of participating organizations.)
