New customer behavior and experiences have been reported with new media marketing, something which arts marketers would hope to bring about for their audience in future. Core audience would include arts marketers and those directly responsible for audience development but would extend to those who have general interest in exploring the potential of new media. This popular talk is suitable for all working in arts organizations of different sizes, from project grantees to established arts organizations, and in different disciplines.

n this talk there will be direct communication from representatives from the LCSD and the ADC on the various forms of collaborations, the procedures including the funding proposal and the criteria for fruitful collaboration. Independent views from ex senior management responsible for ADC grants will be available for further insights.

In the context of reduced public funding for the arts and the recent government initiative to develop arts and creative industries, the strategic development of PIP would serve as an interesting case, providing insights into a possible business model for the arts.
